If You Purchased Electronic Tickets to LEGOLAND New York Resort between August 29, 2022 and January 30, 2024, and/or LEGOLAND Discovery Center between August 29, 2022, and January 2, 2024, and Paid a Processing Fee In Connection With Such Purchase, You May Be Entitled to a Payment From a Class Action Settlement.

• A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit claiming that Defendants, LEGOLAND New York, LLC and LEGOLAND Discovery Centers US LLC (collectively, “Defendants”), failed to properly disclose a processing for electronic tickets to their LEGOLAND New York Resort in Goshen, New York and LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Yonkers, New York prior to those tickets being selected for purchase, in alleged violation of New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law (“ACAL”) §25.07(4). Defendants deny that they violated any law but have agreed to the settlement to avoid the uncertainties and expenses associated with continuing the case.
• You are included if you purchased electronic tickets to LEGOLAND New York Resort between August 29, 2022, and January 30, 2024, and/or LEGOLAND Discovery Center between August 29, 2022 and January 2, 2024, and paid a processing fee in connection with such purchase. Persons included in the Settlement will be eligible to receive a pro rata portion of the Settlement Fund, which will be based on the total amount of processing fees they paid.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Lawsuit

Submit a Claim Form by June 21, 2025	This is the only way to receive a payment.
Exclude Yourself by April 3, 2025	You will receive no benefits, but you will retain any rights you currently have to sue the Defendant about the claims in this case. (This deadline has passed.)
Object by April 3, 2025	Write to the Court explaining why you don’t like the Settlement. (This deadline has passed.)
Virtually attend the hearing on May 29, 2025	The opportunity to request to attend or speak at the hearing is no longer available as the hearing was held on May 29th and the Settlement was Approved. (This deadline has passed.)
Do Nothing	You won’t get a share of the Settlement benefits, and you will give up your rights to sue the Defendant about the claims alleged in the case.
